Cancellation Policy
Once the customer purchases our product, cancellation is available by contacting oru customer service via phone ( +91 80788 14000).
If the product has already been shipped, the customer shall reject the product when it arrives at the delivery address.
Return and Refund Policy
If the product is damaged or the customer receives a wrong product, the customer shall return the product via India post service.
The customer shall be liable for the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunded to the payment method that the customer used to make the payment.
The refund for a cancellation (ie, delivery rejection) shall also be initiated within 5-7 business days after deducting delivery charges.
Right to make changes to the agreement
Parties often make changes to their contracts when they are active. For the changes to be valid, both parties need to agree to them.
