Delivery Policy

We provide Delivery of order by

  1. Standard Delivery
  2. Express Delivery
  3. Normal Delivery

We accept all major Credit Cards / Net Banking including VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and we dispatch books within 1-3 working days. Sometimes the goods are to be procured from outside sources, and in this case, the dispatch may take 3-7 days longer than usual.

Standard Delivery mode

The delivery will be by the Indian Postal Department and may take 5-10 days to reach the destination. Usually, the postal department is very efficient in timely delivery, but sometimes it may take longer than usual due to various regional or internal factors. We will ensure that our customers are provided with their right postal registration number as soon as the order is dispatched. The Tracking ID of your product will be a product to you via email. Express Delivery mode

This delivery is available to only selected Pin codes in Thiruvananthapuram District. The “Express Delivery mode” chosen orders will be delivered the next working day itself unless there are some Government restrictions or any other unforeseen disasters. The orders will be considered for Express Delivery mode only if the order is placed before 6 pm. The orders will be delivered by our own delivery agent. We will be confirming the delivery time before 8pm, the previous day and the delivery will be initiated only after confirmation from your side. The “Express Delivery” will be subjected to extra charges. Our delivery agent will be calling you on the given contact number and if you fail to answer the call three times, your “Express Delivery” order will be canceled and (iii) will be followed.

  • If we fail to execute the order unless it is due to the above-mentioned circumstances, the extra charged amount will be refunded and your delivery will be free. The free delivery will be completed the next possible day.
  • If we cannot deliver your “Express Delivery” order, that is if the given order contains any book(s) that are not in stock or if there is any other issue we will be informing you before 8 pm. If not, you will be eligible for free delivery as mentioned in (i).
  • If you fail to answer three calls from our delivery agent or if the address is wrong or the resident of the given address doesn’t accept the order, your “Express Delivery” order will be canceled and it will be delivered the next possible day with extra charges after further

Pick Up From Store mode

This collection method is available to any of our product purchasers. In this criterion, the customer is to come to our website outlet which right in the boarding and heart of Trivandrum.

By this method, you may collect your book from our website outlet timing from 10 am to 6 pm. It would be in our team’s better interest if you are letting us know your forthcoming on the very day before by contacting us in our cell number mentioned above.

Here are some points which you can keep in mind while selecting your delivery procedure:

  1. If you are resident anywhere inside the Trivandrum city premises, the available delivery options are the Express mode and the Pick up From Store methods. It would be of your better economical concerns if you avail the Pick up from Store mode in case you are resource ample. Or you may very well opt the Express Mode of delivery where delivery charges are in concern.
  2. For residences beyond the city premises, the only option available is the Standard post mode where India Post’s efficiency which has stood remarkable throughout these years will be the prime and sole concern of your timely delivery.
